The texture of the surface of traditional materials (brick, bamboo, wood, tiles) is more easily integrated with nature, but when applied to modern architectural design, a simple and rough dialogue appears. In the selection of façade materials, the designers boldly abandoned the stubborn stone materials and chose traditional materials with a softer texture, such as bamboo – DassoXTR coating, on the one hand to express respect for the area, on the other hand to explore the design method to mix and match traditional and modern materials.
